Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Senior Associate – Customer Planning to support pricing work for the South region. The role will maintain pricing in internal and retailer systems and collaborate with customer leads to forecast and plan trade activities.

Fully remote with minimal travel, preference for Dallas–Fort Worth area within South geography. You will use tools like o9, Margin Miner, and Circana data to analyze performance, develop trade plans, and update customer calendars and forecasts

Qualifications

• 3+ years in analytical role within Finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with price management or trade planning tools is a plus.
• Travel up to 5% or less.
• Proficient in Excel; PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Update pricing in internal and retailer systems.
• Ensure pricing aligns with customer trade calendars.
• Upload customer pricing into Central Pricing Database.
• Maintain weekly customer calendars and forecasts.
• Lead annual South customer trade plans using o9 Planning Tool.
• Update forecasts using the o9 Planning Tool.
• Use trade tools (Margin Miner, Circana, QLIK) to assess performance.
• Analyze post-promotion performance and collaborate with stakeholders.
