• Experience with Salesforce and cross-functional operating environments.
• Ability to translate strategy into priorities, operating plans, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, and long-range planning for the Customer Success org.
• Partner with C-suite and Customer Success leadership to translate decisions into executable plans.
• Define and scale the FDE and customer value motion and connect to Sales/GTM.
