Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Strategy & Planning Director to join Agentforce Operations (Regrello) and lead strategic planning and operating strategy for our customer organization. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this leader will partner with the Chief Customer Officer and CS leadership to translate customer strategy into clear priorities, plans, investments, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in Strategy & Operations or related strategic roles.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce business and cross-functional environment.
Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations.
Strong understanding of enterprise Sales and GTM motions.
Proven ability to prioritize in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Lead annual, quarterly, and long-range planning for the Customer Success organization.
Partner with the Chief Customer Officer and CS leadership to translate decisions into executable plans.
Define and scale the FDE and broader customer value motion.
Connect customer strategy to Sales/GTM with pipeline and revenue objectives.
Build scalable operating models and cross-functional handoffs.
Drive alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, Data, and Operations.
Anticipate scale needs and develop scalable solutions.
Drive insights with Data & Product to inform leadership decisions.
Champion AI capabilities and predictive operations across CS.
