Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in the CPG industry.
• Proven experience in business development and relationship management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and business development in Nestlé markets and across NiM operating companies.
• Support Global Nestlé initiatives and reporting needs.
• Support Top-to-Top (T2T) Costco International relationships and transfer of best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with Nestlé Costco Champions and key stakeholders to drive local performance visibility and global results.
• Interface with Costco International Merchandising Center of Excellence and Global Leverage teams.
• Communicate Costco’s global priorities and integrate them into local IBP.
• Support innovation, renovation, and explore new product opportunities across U.S. and international markets.
• Identify strategic partnerships and alliances to better support local teams and missions.
• Collaborate with regional and global customer interface teams.
• Contribute to Omni-channel acceleration and improve ways of working with Costco.
