• Experience in a call center customer service role or similar environment.
• Equipment rental or construction industry experience preferred.
• Wynne software experience preferred.

• Provide exceptional, professional and efficient service to customers.
• Address customer needs and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively to resolve inquiries and issues.
