Responsibilities

• Source the right discussion leaders for briefings by consulting with the sales team and aligning resources.
• Ensure sales completes the cloud-based briefing request form for preparation calls and agendas.
• Recruit, retain, recognize, and develop new discussion leaders with senior management and other teams.
• Lead discussions, facilitate interactions, deliver presentations, and participate in briefings.
• Prepare facilities for in-person and virtual briefings, including AV readiness and content management.
• Help ensure demos and content are aligned with corporate strategy through collaboration with offer leaders.
• Manage special projects such as EBC growth initiatives and research.
• Opportunity to learn as a discussion leader on topics like Sustainability, Services, or Software.
