Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and sales teams.
• Manage full order lifecycle from receipt to delivery.
• Enter edits, maintenance requests, and status updates.
• Provide support via direct and ACD phone lines.
• Develop knowledge of ORBIS products and usage.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Navigate SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Teams.
• Support quotes, PO changes, and customer inquiries.
• Offer backup coverage for team members.
• Contribute to quality policy and continuous improvement.
