Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of customer support or account management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and multiple software tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and sales personnel.
• Manage the full order lifecycle—from order receipt through product delivery.
• Enter, edit, maintain, update status, and expedite orders as needed.
• Provide support through direct and ACD phone lines.
• Develop understanding of ORBIS products and their use.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Navigate SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Teams to support customers.
• Assist sales with quotes, PO changes, and customer inquiries.
• Provide backup coverage for teammates when needed.
• Support quality policy and continuous improvement initiatives.
