Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Wisconsin (Neenah) is seeking a Customer Account Manager to own assigned portfolios and drive order fulfillment. You will coordinate across Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to meet customer commitments and resolve issues.

You will manage inquiries, process orders, maintain data integrity, and support pricing requests while building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in customer service or order management.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel.
• Prior display/graphic/packaging or related industry experience preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer portfolios and commitments; primary point of accountability for execution.
• Serve as primary contact for customer requirements and inquiries; coordinate with multiple internal groups.
• Make independent decisions on order management and routine issue resolution.
• Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer data.
• Coordinate commitments with Operations, Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance.
• Support pricing requests and account maintenance activities.
• Monitor commitments and mitigate risks to service objectives.
• Communicate order status and delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
