Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Solutions for a fully remote US East Coast role. You will manage mid-market to enterprise customer lifecycles, drive renewals and expansions, and govern AI-driven self-serve onboarding to maximize Net Revenue Retention.

You’ll partner with product and sales to align data-driven insights with growth strategies. The role requires strong written and verbal English communication, 5+ years in SaaS/customer success, and experience with automated support

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years managing account lifecycles, SaaS renewals, or high-tier customer experience operations.

Responsibilities

• Guide Mid-Market and Enterprise customers through the platform with strategic thinking.
• Manage renewals, upsells, and downgrades to protect Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
• Oversee AI onboarding pathways and self-serve governance to maximize customer independence.
• Collaborate with Product Leadership to align data insights with platform growth.
