Job summary

WP Engine is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager in Raleigh, NC to act as the primary contact for high-value accounts, driving renewal, expansion, and customer advocacy. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver exceptional service aligned with customers’ business goals.
