Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Texas to ensure high-value customers realize ROI from the Signature Success Plan. The role acts as an extension of the customer's workforce, advising on both technical and business priorities and aligning them with customer goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Customer Success or SaaS, strong consulting and communication skills, and experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Customer Success, SaaS, or related experience.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to influence C-level conversations.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Experience using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of Signature deliverables and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate all customer deliverables through the Signature lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of Salesforce features with customer teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain executive-level relationships within customer IT and business leadership.
• Lead quarterly reviews of feature usage and provide strategic recommendations.
