Job summary

AT Recruitment (ATR) is hiring a Customer Success Manager in San Francisco to partner with customers, ensuring they realize value from an AI-native CRM and revenue platform. Senior and junior openings are available.

You’ll own post-sales relationships, drive adoption, retention, and renewals, and work across Product, Onboarding, Support, Sales, and Marketing to scale a mission-critical CS function in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–7 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or similar.
• Experience with CRM and GTM software preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Customer Relationships and post-sales partnership across a portfolio.
• Drive Adoption and Customer Value through ROI, usage, and outcomes.
• Build and Execute Success Plans with clear goals and metrics.
• Support Renewals and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Onboarding, Support, and Sales.
