DataGrail is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success who will lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in San Francisco. The role focuses on ensuring high performance in renewal rates while directly coaching customers and CSMs.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a SaaS environment and strong coaching instincts, allowing them to manage effectively while engaging with data and customer interactions.
