• 5+ years in enterprise technical client-facing roles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks; explain concepts to varied audiences.
• Familiar with stablecoins, blockchain basics, on-chain lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-team projects.

• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic crypto accounts.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and incident response with cross-team coordination.
• Collaborate with GTM and user-facing teams for coordinated experiences.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.
• Develop account-specific runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics.
• Review implementations to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
• Deliver quarterly business and technical reviews; drive actions to closure.
• Create technical docs, sample code, troubleshooting guides.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce friction and scale coverage.
