Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for Crypto to own the technical relationship with Stripe's crypto-native customers, including Bridge and Privy. You will build deep relationships with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams, and guide complex technical initiatives to scale our crypto products.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise technical roles, API expertise, blockchain familiarity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise-level, client-facing technical roles.
• Strong RESTful APIs/webhooks experience; explain concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiar with stablecoins and blockchain fundamentals; eager to deepen.
• Proven troubleshooting and cross-team collaboration with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for strategic crypto accounts.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and incident response for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with GTM and other user-facing teams for a coordinated experience.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback.
• Develop account-specific runbooks, escalation paths, and success metrics.
• Review implementations to identify improvements and growth opportunities.
• Deliver regular business and technical reviews with customers.
• Create user-facing technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
• Lead cross-functional projects to reduce friction and scale coverage.
