Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for the Crypto Product Sales team in the United States to grow adoption and revenue of crypto products. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other GTM teams to develop deep product knowledge, lead complex deals, and execute our go-to-market strategy in a high-autonomy, close-knit environment.

You will move between business, product, and technical conversations, build value in competitive situations, and partner with internal teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, crypto, payments, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and build where there isn’t yet a playbook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft multi-stakeholder solutions.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations with bespoke agreements.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue target and end-to-end commercial motion for Stripe’s crypto products, from pipeline to close and launch.
• Qualify customer models, fund flows, geographies, end-user journeys, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop deep understanding of competitive landscape and sharpen Stripe’s positioning.
• Lead technically and commercially complex sales involving stablecoin acceptance, fiat-to-crypto conversion, and cross-border money movement.
• Navigate internal Risk, Compliance, and Legal, plus financial and tech partners, from qualification to launch.
• Create repeatable segmentation and GTM playbooks from early customer engagements.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering as markets evolve.
• Bring curiosity, good judgment, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
