Stripe's Crypto Product Sales team is seeking an Account Executive to drive adoption and revenue for our crypto infrastructure offerings. You will work with Product, Engineering, Marketing and GTM teams to navigate complex deals and articulate value across fintech, platforms, and crypto-native customers.

In this high-autonomy role you will lead end-to-end sales motions, shape our go-to-market approach, and build deep expertise in stablecoins, cross-border payments, and digital asset funding

Formación

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions addressing multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.
• Collaborative teammate eager to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue target and end-to-end commercial motion for Stripe’s crypto products.
• Qualify customer business models, fund flows, target geographies, end-user journeys, and regulatory readiness.
• Develop understanding of competitive and partner landscape to sharpen Stripe’s positioning.
• Lead technically and commercially complex sales involving stablecoin acceptance, fiat-to-crypto conversions, and global payouts.
• Navigate Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders through launch.
• Develop repeatable segmentation, qualification criteria, and GTM playbooks from early engagements.
• Provide market feedback to Product and Engineering as the market evolves.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and GTM teams to build product knowledge.
