Orderly Network is seeking a Partnership Manager to expand our partner ecosystem across English-speaking markets and Asia. You will identify, engage, and manage a robust pipeline of prospective partners, track progress with CRM workflows, and ensure activation and growth on Orderly.

You thrive in systems thinking, own the process end-to-end, and apply data-driven outreach to drive trading activity, volume, and revenue while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of crypto BD or partnerships experience.
• Professional English proficiency for international talks.
• Native-level Japanese or Korean is a strong plus.
• Established network of partners and communities.
• Proven ability to drive trading volume or revenue through partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Identify and engage prospective partners across markets to generate trading activity and long-term value.
• Build relationships with projects, trading communities, affiliates, brokers, exchanges and other partners to scale acquisition channels.
• Manage the full BD lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation and ongoing performance reviews.
• Develop and execute partnerships across English-speaking, Japan and Korea markets, considering local dynamics.
• Track partner performance and quantify impact on volume, users and revenue.
• Maintain partner CRM database and follow-up processes for opportunity management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations and BD to improve activation and retention.
• Monitor industry developments and refine outreach and strategies continuously.
