Orderly Network is seeking a senior marketing leader to drive growth across social media, community channels, and external communications. You will build relationships with KOLs, Web3 projects, protocols, and ecosystem partners to amplify Orderly’s value proposition.

You will create external-facing content, plan campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on-time programs. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus, and you will navigate a fast-moving Web3 landscape with autonomy.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or partnerships, preferably within Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Experience identifying and building relationships with KOLs, influencers, or external partners.

What will you achieve?

• Drive Orderly’s marketing initiatives across social media, community channels, and external communications to strengthen brand awareness and engagement across the Web3 ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects, protocols, and ecosystem partners, identifying and executing collaboration and co-marketing opportunities.
• Develop and coordinate external-facing content, including partnership announcements, campaign launches, and product updates, ensuring consistent and effective communication of Orderly’s value proposition.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and achieve their objectives.
• Monitor Web3 industry trends, community discussions, and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities and inform campaign planning.
• Track marketing performance across channels and campaigns, using engagement, audience growth, referral traffic, and other relevant metrics to evaluate results and optimize future initiatives.

What challenges will you face?

• Dealing with a fast-moving Web3 landscape, where market trends, narratives, and community dynamics evolve quickly, requiring you to identify and act on marketing opportunities in a timely manner.
• Building meaningful relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects, and ecosystem partners, turning initial outreach into valuable collaborations.
• Balancing creativity with execution, while managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Finding effective ways to communicate Orderly's value proposition and differentiate its brand in a competitive Web3 ecosystem.
• Evaluating marketing effectiveness through campaign data and audience insights, and continuously improving marketing performance.
• Independently driving marketing initiatives from planning and partner outreach through execution and performance review, rather than simply following predefined instructions.
• Collaborating with teammates and external partners across different countries, cultures, and time zones, requiring clear communication and strong self-management skills.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, social media, community management, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within Web3, crypto, DeFi, or fintech.
• Good understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including crypto communities, KOLs, DeFi projects, and industry trends.
• Familiarity with DEXs, perpetual trading, or crypto trading infrastructure is a plus.
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives, manage multiple projects, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Experience identifying and building relationships with KOLs, influencers, external partners, or web3 projects is a strong plus.
• Strong content creation and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to different audiences.
• Familiarity with social media management, community engagement, KOL marketing campaigns, and marketing performance tracking.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
