Job summary

Orderly is seeking a senior marketing professional to drive the company’s Web3 marketing efforts across social media, communities, and external communications. You will build relationships with KOLs, influencers, and ecosystem partners to promote Orderly’s value proposition.

You will develop external-facing content, coordinate campaigns, and monitor industry trends to inform strategic planning and performance optimization. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, social media, community management, partnerships, or related field in Web3/crypto/DeFi.
• Strong understanding of Web3, crypto communities, KOLs, DeFi trends.
• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Experience building relationships with KOLs, influencers, or Web3 partners.
• Strong writing and content creation skills to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Familiarity with social media management, community engagement, and marketing analytics.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Excellent communication, organization, and self-management in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive Orderly’s marketing across social media, community channels, and external communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, Web3 projects, and partners.
• Develop external content including partnership announcements, campaigns, product updates.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and community initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Monitor Web3 trends, discussions, and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Track marketing performance and optimize future initiatives.
