Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of product management experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism related industries.
• Proven success creating and executing strategies that drive measurable results.
• Ability to translate market trends and customer needs into innovative, market-ready offerings.
• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to represent AAA in partner and vendor discussions.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Leadership background with direct people management experience is essential.

• Set the vision - Define and execute a forward-thinking travel strategy that elevates AAA's brand presence and strengthens member engagement and awareness.
• Spot the trends - Leverage market insights, competitive analysis, and Travel Advisor feedback to shape high-value product offerings.
• Innovate & enhance - Oversee the evolution of existing products and bring new ideas to life, from concept to launch.
• Lead go-to-market execution - Drive strategic marketing initiatives for your portfolio, ensuring strong performance across digital, print, and in-branch channels.
• Be the connector - Build strong relationships with travel vendors and business partners to maximize value, service quality, and member satisfaction.
• Own the numbers - Monitor KPIs and business results, making data-driven adjustments to ensure profitability and growth.
• Inspire collaboration - Partner with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to bring big ideas to life.
