gFiber is seeking an ePMO Program Manager to unite cross-functional teams and drive complex projects from ideation through market launches. You will partner across product, operations, and engineering to refine initiatives and deliver outcomes that bring fast, reliable internet to communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of project management, product management, operations or consulting experience.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing detailed minutiae with subject matter experts.
• Experience creating multiple program project plans simultaneously and active management of program risks, action items, issues, dependencies and decisions logs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, customer impact and scope, with a wide range of cross-functional partners.
• Present weekly project updates to organizational and executive leadership to ensure we meet project deadlines
• Drive project delivery, build consensus and challenge proposals when appropriate.
• Oversee system readiness testing, or “SRT” and market readiness testing or “MRT”.
• Anticipate and creatively solve or escalaton roadblocks when they arise
• Create executive reporting within a given template and timing cycle.
