gFiber is hiring an ePMO Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through launch, aligning teams to common goals and delivering complex projects that impact customers.

You will manage multiple interdependent programs, present updates to leadership, drive delivery, oversee readiness testing, and resolve roadblocks with executives and SMEs. This role emphasizes collaboration and results in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of project management, product management, operations or consulting experience.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing detailed minutiae with subject matter experts.
• Experience creating multiple program project plans and active management of risks, items and decisions logs.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity with cross-functional partners.
• Present weekly project updates to organizational and executive leadership to meet deadlines.
• Drive project delivery, build consensus and challenge proposals when appropriate.
• Oversee system readiness testing (SRT) and market readiness testing (MRT).
• Anticipate and creatively solve or elevate roadblocks as they arise.
• Create executive reporting within a given template and timing cycle.
