gFiber is seeking an ePMO Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation to market launches, uniting product, engineering and operations into one high-performing team. You will manage multiple interdependent projects, present updates to executives, oversee readiness testing (SRT/MRT), and proactively resolve roadblocks while building executive-level reporting and risk logs.

Role Description

As an ePMO Program Manager you will help build ‘one team’ across gFiber by assuring all cross-functional groups work as one unit towards common goals. In this role you will partner on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with cross-functional team members. As you partner with team members you will work to refine and develop our projects all the way from ideation, development, and training, to testing to full market launches. On a day to day basis you will be on-the-ground executing complex projects that bring internet access to people. In this role, you’ll:

• Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, customer impact and scope, with a wide range of cross-functional partners.

At a minimum, we would like you to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of project management, product management, operations or consulting experience.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing detailed minutiae with subject matter experts.
• Direct experience creating multiple program project plans simultaneously and active management of program risks, action items, issues, dependencies and decisions logs.
  

It’s preferred that you have:

• 3+ Years of experience within the telecommunications industry
• MBA, Bachelor’s degree or a PMP Certification.
• Experience in deploying data and/or communications products to commercial or consumer customers.
• Experience tracking successful processes to determine current process states, and facilitating cross-functional process re-design sessions for improved efficiency, reduced costs, risk mitigation, etc.
  

The US base salary for this full-time position is $119,000 - $191,300 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
