Job summary

Stitch Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Partner to own a Book of Business for established clients, driving retention and growth by aligning Stitch’s capabilities with client outcomes.

You’ll advise on campaigns, data, analytics, loyalty programs, AI-enabled capabilities, and martech services. You’ll act as the face of Stitch, building trusted partnerships, managing multi-stakeholder relationships, and guiding commercial decisions while collaborating with Delivery to ensure value

Qualifications

• 6–10 years managing client relationships in martech or marketing tech.
• Experience developing lifecycle/relationship marketing programs.
• Proven track record growing existing accounts (BoB).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor across marketing, martech, and operations with strategic recommendations.
• Own renewals and expansions; develop quarterly growth plans tied to client outcomes.
• Translate client goals into integrated roadmaps balancing data, creative, and technology.
• Lead pricing, scoping, and SOW negotiation with Delivery to align with budgets and scope.
• Maintain multi-stakeholder relationships across client marketing, product, data, and tech teams.
