Job summary

Stitch Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Client Partner to manage a Book of Business with established clients and growth opportunities. You will own renewals, expansions, and revenue growth while serving as a trusted advisor across marketing technology, data, and operations.

You’ll leverage Braze and other martech capabilities to connect client outcomes with Stitch solutions, guiding multi‑stakeholder decisions and ensuring measurable value. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of client relationship management experience in martech or digital strategy.
• Experience with lifecycle and relationship marketing programs and journeys.
• Ability to own BoB and drive revenue growth within accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own a Book of Business with growth opportunities and renewals.
• Lead client meetings, QBRs, and onsite sessions with clear outcomes.
• Translate client goals into integrated data, marketing, and tech roadmaps.
• Lead pricing, scoping, and SOW negotiations with Delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships across marketing, data, and technology teams.
• Collaborate withDelivery to align health, margins, and forecasts.
