You’ll translate complex data signals into strategic blueprints, partner with Braze, Segment, Databricks, and other platforms, and advise marketing and technology leaders on end‑to‑end roadmaps that advance client goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing CRM roadmaps and customer journeys.
• Experience translating data signals into strategic plans.
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit client martech environments to identify gaps and degradation.
• Develop multi-year martech roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Create martech adoption and activation roadmaps for clients.
• Produce quantified ROI valuations for recommendations.
• Lead end-to-end journey mapping from discovery to future-state maps.
