Job summary

Stitch is seeking a Senior Client Partner to lead our most complex client relationships, shaping multi-year growth and investment priorities across marketing, data, and technology. You’ll drive strategic conversations with senior executives and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver sustained revenue expansion.

You’ll mentor peers, maintain account health, and forecast risk with transparency, aiming for long-term partnerships that scale Stitch’s impact in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in martech consulting, client strategy, or revenue leadership.
• Proven track record managing portfolios > $4M across multi-solution engagements.
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks and customer engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue strategy and commercial performance for our most complex, high-value accounts.
• Drive expansion planning and multi-year growth trajectories.
• Lead pricing, negotiation, and structuring of large or multi-year SOWs.
• Maintain forecasting accuracy and communicate risks clearly.
• Build senior-level relationships across executives in marketing, data, and tech.
• Coach and mentor Associate Client Partners and Client Partners on commercial discipline.
