Responsibilities

• Manage customers using portals for purchase orders, invoicing, and payment.
• Monitor invoice status and resolve issues in Ariba, Coupa, Taulia and related systems.
• Handle large or complex credit accounts while maintaining positive relationships.
• Implement credit policies to control risk and improve collections.
• Prepare reports on credit and collection status; communicate with management.
