Responsibilities

• Review and process credit applications and assess customer creditworthiness.
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on past-due balances.
• Contact customers via phone or email to collect outstanding payments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts.
• Maintain detailed collection notes and documentation within customer accounts.
• Work with Salespersons to resolve account concerns.
• Prepare small claims paperwork and attend court hearings for severely delinquent customers.
• Assist with mailing of statements.
