Ideal candidates have 5+ years in accounting/collections, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of job-related experience in accounting/collections.
• Excellent communication and customer services skills.
• Maintain an organized and functional work area.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all active accounts in assigned territories to ensure compliance with terms and credit limits.
• Initiate calls and emails to customers to secure payment for release of orders.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve disputes or conflicts with customers.
• Document conversations/communications for history and reliability.
• Process new credit applications from the sales department.
