This remote-eligible role requires Minnesota residency; you will collaborate with finance and customer service teams to strengthen controls, improve receivables, and provide timely guidance on credit decisions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicable credit, accounts receivable, reporting, customer-management systems, and customer portals.
• Strong knowledge of credit-risk assessment, collections, account reconciliation, and receivables management.
• Ability to independently prioritize work based on aging, dollar exposure, payment history, order urgency, and financial risk.

Responsibilities

• Assess creditworthiness and set credit limits within authority.
• Monitor payment activity, exposure, and risk indicators.
• Pursue collections through calls, email, portals, and document commitments.
• Review orders against credit guidelines and release or hold as needed.
• Maintain complete credit files and account records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support accurate ship-to and billing.
