Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in digital media, creator partnerships, social media, content strategy, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven success developing and managing creator or influencer partnerships at scale.
• Experience working with creators, talent agencies, or digital media partners.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and emerging digital trends.
• Experience with short-form content strategies across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, content, product, analytics, and business teams.
• Strong analytical mindset using audience insights and performance data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creator partnership strategies to drive Disney+ audience growth, engagement, and retention.
• Build scalable creator programs connecting creators, talent, and media brands with Disney's franchises and original content.
• Lead TikTok Creator Program and other creator initiatives, driving innovation and measurable impact.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with creators, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Develop partnership models and creator engagement strategies for long-term relationships with measurable results.
• Monitor platform trends and creator behaviors to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Lead development and execution of creator-led content initiatives from concept to launch and optimization.
• Partner with creative, marketing, programming, and product teams to develop short-form content aligned with brand standards.
• Shape creator programming to complement Disney+ content strategy and expand reach.
• Evaluate content performance and audience insights to inform decisions and investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Creator Content & Partnerships team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Programming, Content, Analytics, Sales, Partnerships, and International teams.
• Provide recommendations based on audience insights, performance analytics, and industry trends.
