VeSync is seeking a Manager of Creative Design in Tustin, CA to lead Graphic and Visual Design teams, delivering packaging, e-commerce, retail, web, and digital creative for multiple brands. You’ll shift the function to an outcomes-driven partner, measure launches on brief, and scale output with AI-enabled workflows.

You will mentor and develop designers, set OKRs, and partner with leaders to ensure on-time, on-brand deliveries across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 8+ years in graphic design with 4+ years leading designers.
• Strong portfolio across branding, packaging, e-commerce, digital.
• Experience with generative AI design tools in production.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Graphic Design and Visual Design teams.
• Shift the team to outcomes, empower designers.
• Translate OKRs into team goals and KPIs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and career planning.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training; build a growth culture.
• Build team fluency in AI-powered design tools.
