We seek a Creative Lead who can shape campaign strategy, write copy, and guide creative direction with executive presence, while staying hands-on in briefs and messaging.

This is a remote-first, individual contributor role with high visibility. The ideal candidate blends copy talent with campaign mindset and can influence new-business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional creative experience in agency, professional services, or B2B marketing.
• A portfolio showing both brand work and performance-driven campaigns.
• Experience developing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Ability to maintain and evolve brand standards across channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative direction, campaign concepting, messaging strategy and copy direction.
• Translate insights into territories, hooks, headlines, CTAs, and narrative direction for assets.
• Partner with designers and production teams to execute concepts with clarity.
• Build early proof points and campaign-style case studies to support revenue growth.
