Responsibilities

• Own staffing allocations across active client accounts and real-time updates.
• Lead rollout of new resource management platform and act as administrator.
• Surface capacity conflicts and proactive risk signals before delivery issues.
• Collaborate with PMs to align headcount with timelines and changes.
• Build visibility into availability, over-commitment, and gaps across functions.
• Manage freelance talent pipeline and vendor relationships.
