Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in a creative agency.
• Experience leading mid and junior team members.
• Ability to lead and coach a senior and diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and team design across accounts.
• Own delivery health and scope tracking for retainers.
• Co-lead client strategy for delivery and senior relationships.
• Lead Sr. PMs, project Managers, and Associates.
• Partner with Business Leadership to set success metrics.
• Model effective program management and staff development.
