Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in account management, project management, or creative operations.
• Excellent written skills with ability to translate objectives into briefs.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned marketing initiatives.
• Gather complete project requirements and develop clear creative briefs.
• Ensure objectives, audience, messaging, timelines, compliance, and success metrics are documented.
• Review creative work against the brief and provide strategic feedback before sign-off.
• Maintain governance of campaign intake and briefing with Creative Services leadership.
