Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Creative Lead on the Mohegan Digital Creative team to drive concepting, development, and execution of bold, visually striking work across brand and marketing touchpoints.

You will lead visual storytelling for national campaigns and branded content, partner with copywriters, designers, and marketers, and mentor junior creatives to elevate output while upholding brand strategy and high craft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in an agency or design studio with leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual storytelling for national campaigns, performance marketing, and branded content.
• Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, Brand, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Mentor junior creatives and elevate team output.
• Lead concept development for campaigns across TV, OOH, social, digital, and experiential activations.
• Own art direction from ideation to final execution and ensure on-brand excellence.
• Present and articulate creative concepts to stakeholders and partners.
