Job summary

Mohegan PA is seeking a Creative Account Executive to bridge Marketing stakeholders and the Creative Services/Design teams, translating objectives into actionable briefs. Reporting to the Creative Online Marketing Manager, this role ensures alignment with brand standards, campaign strategy, and business goals across every project.

The role owns intake and briefing for assigned campaigns, partnering with Marketing, CRM, Acquisition, Events, VIP, Product, Compliance, and external agencies to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in account management, project management, or creative operations.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from intake through delivery.
• Strong understanding of the creative development process (briefing, concepting, design, revisions, approvals).
• Excellent written skills with ability to translate objectives into clear briefs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for assigned marketing initiatives.
• Develop, refine, and validate creative briefs before work is assigned to the design team.
• Ensure campaign objectives, audience, messaging, deliverables, timelines, compliance, and success metrics are documented.
• Translate business objectives into actionable creative direction and align across channels.
• Review creative throughout development and provide strategic feedback before stakeholder review.
• Collaborate with Creative Design leadership while respecting ownership of execution.
