Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in marketing/creative ops.
• 4–6 years managing multiple campaigns or projects in-house or agency settings.
• Strong ability to translate objectives into actionable creative briefs and QA work against briefs, brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for marketing initiatives and gather complete project requirements.
• Develop, refine, and validate creative briefs for the Design team.
• Ensure briefs align with objectives, audience, messaging, timelines, and compliance.
• Review creative work for adherence to briefs and quality standards before sign-off.
• Collaborate with Creative Design leadership while respecting design ownership.
