Job summary

Mohegan Digital is seeking a Creative Lead to drive bold visual storytelling across national campaigns, performance marketing, and branded content.

You will partner with writers, designers, and marketing teams, mentor junior creatives, and own the art direction from concept through final execution, shaping campaigns across TV, OOH, social, digital, CRM, and experiential activations. This role demands leadership, a love of culture and sports, and a commitment to evolving the brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design.
• 3–5 years in an agency or design studio with leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Experience directing 2D/3D motion graphics from concept through execution.
• Experience or interest in online gaming, online casino, or sportsbook industries is desirable.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual storytelling for national campaigns, performance marketing, and branded content.
• Partner with Copywriters, Designers, Brand, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Mentor junior creatives and elevate the team's output.
• Own art direction from ideation through final execution.
• Lead concept development for campaigns spanning TV, OOH, social, digital, CRM, and experiential activations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present holistic concepts.
• Ensure visual consistency and evolve the brand’s visual identity.
• Present and articulate creative ideas clearly to stakeholders.
