Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Creative Design Manager to lead visual storytelling across our national campaigns and branded content. You will partner with Brand, Marketing, and Copy to push creative boundaries while ensuring strategic alignment, mentorship, and high-level craft across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in design leadership, strong Adobe CC skills, and a passion for sports and entertainment brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years in an agency or design studio with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with Slack/Asana.
• Experience directing 2D and 3D motion graphics from concept to execution.
• Strong written communication; content development and editing preferred.
• Experience in online gaming/online casino/online sportsbook is desirable.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual storytelling for national campaigns and branded content.
• Partner with Copywriters, Brand, and Marketing to push creative while aligning strategy.
• Mentor junior creatives and elevate the team's output.
• Lead concept development across TV, OOH, social, digital, CRM and experiential.
• Own the art direction and creative development from ideation to final execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to present holistic concepts.
• Maintain visual consistency and evolve the brand's identity.
• Present ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders and partners.
• Stay current with trends in culture, sports, and emerging tech.
• Manage multiple complex projects with high-quality craft and detail.
