Job summary

CBRE is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Corporate Real Estate Transaction Program Manager to support a fast-growing tech company in San Francisco. You will program manage the leasing transaction lifecycle from market analysis through lease execution, providing day-to-day support to the transaction team.

In this role you will lead market strategy, coordinate site tours, perform site feasibility assessments, and manage due diligence and financial analyses across negotiation cycles.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define strategic market search and project requirements.
• Coordinate property tours for stakeholders and consultants.
• Gather site data including ingress/egress, power, floor plans, zoning, and technical specs.
• Monitor offer letters through lease execution and organize due diligence documents.
• Prepare executive decks with underwriting, maps, photos, and building facts; verify lease terms.
