Job summary

Northwest Bank in Fishers, IN seeks a CRE Relationship Manager to advise clients and deliver a full suite of banking solutions. You will build COIs, manage a commercial loan portfolio, and work with credit/portfolio teams to maintain risk standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or marketing.
• 6-8 years of CRE relationship management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate lending and credit products.
• Strong negotiation skills for terms, structure and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand commercial banking relationships and COIs.
• Prospect actively and bring in new relationships.
• Collaborate with product partners for cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage a commercial loan portfolio and present loan recommendations.
• Ensure timely reviews, renewals, and risk rating accuracy.
• Navigate risk management, treasury services, and related products.
