Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager (CRE) to oversee property portfolios, manage lease administration, budgeting, and vendor contracts. The role requires leadership of property staff, coordination of inspections, and ensuring compliance with policies and client requirements.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and 3+ years in real estate property management, CPM/RPA/CSM designation or license is a plus. Travel between properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of real estate property management experience.
• CPM, RPA, or CSM designation or in process is a plus.
• Possess real estate license or in process.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all lease administration duties
• Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedings
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives
• Provide management and leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management
• Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for properties; complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual inspections as required
• Develop operating and capital budgets, track variances, oversee CAM reconciliations
• Bid, negotiate, and manage conformity with vendor contracts
• Accurately abstract all property leases in lease administration software
• Coordinate and oversee construction work to ensure timely completion
• Participate in leasing and client team meetings to align goals
• Foster positive relationships with tenants and clients
