Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager for the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) line of business.

You will lead strategic initiatives, drive transformation, and manage technology-enabled projects to improve client and employee experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating with CRE stakeholders, planning cross-functional programs, and guiding teams through system enhancements with Salesforce and nCino.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic CRE initiatives from planning through execution and implementation.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and risk management to ensure successful outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects that meet business objectives and user needs.
• Serve as liaison between CRE partners and technology teams on system enhancements and testing.
