U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) line of business.

You will partner with stakeholders across CRE, technology teams, and support partners to deliver projects on time and aligned with business goals. This role requires independent work, influence without authority, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives while driving process improvements, automation, and digital transformation in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent work experience.
10+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

Participate in the identification, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic projects supporting the CRE line.
Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and implementation.
Develop project plans, milestones, track deliverables, and manage risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives and user needs.
Serve as a CRE subject matter expert for Salesforce, nCino, and other platforms used by the business.
Lead project teams and coordinate resources across multiple functions.
Facilitate business process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Support evaluation and implementation of AI and emerging technology opportunities.
