Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Business Banking Salesforce Project Manager to advance the BCRM platform. You will bridge business stakeholders, sales leaders, product teams, and technology partners to translate objectives into actionable solutions.

In this high-visibility role, you will shape prioritization, manage cross-functional initiatives, ensure user adoption, and align platform work with strategic goals to deepen client relationships and grow business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience supporting Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Sales Enablement, Relationship Management, or CRM functions.
• Experience serving in Business Analyst, Product Owner, Platform Delivery Lead, or Project Manager roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the prioritization, planning, design, and implementation of enhancements within the Salesforce platform.
• Coordinate with business leaders, sales teams, product managers, and technology partners to translate objectives into solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, stakeholder discussions, and process analysis to design effective outcomes.
• Drive efficiency and user experience improvements through Salesforce capabilities and platform enhancements.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery with stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and communications throughout the lifecycle.
• Support user adoption, training, and change management efforts.
• Ensure platform work aligns with business strategy and priorities.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology to deliver scalable solutions.
